Starting with BC, we've begun launching a Canada-wide collection of accredited Canada Snowbirds Summer Villages offering ideal settings for 55+ Canadian snowbirds to live the resort lifestyle from May - October in their own RV lot, cabin or tiny home resort residence. Services and amenities vary at each Summer Village and include features such as: • RV lots with full services - power, fresh water and septic/sewer hookups • Cabins or ready-to-move vacation homes available to purchase • Onsite amenities such as pickle-ball courts, golf, boat docks, swimming pools, saunas, washhouses, restrooms, arts and crafts, laundry facilities, campground store and more • Close proximity to shopping, groceries, and dining. Kokanee Springs Resort is our first official Canada Snowbirds Summer Village. It's also one of our team's favourite mountain resort destinations. We first stayed here in 2017, since then it has transformed via the addition of a full service private RV and cabin community alongside the iconic Kokanee Springs Golf Course. Creekside, mountainside, neighbouring a huge lake, local beaches, bucket-list golf, a nice onsite restaurant with an awesome patio to while away the hours making friends, surrounded in a magical, national-park-like atmosphere. Part of the charming town of Crawford Bay and insulated from the world at large by the west Kootenays and Kootenay Lake. What could be better?
